Dear Customer,
Starting immediately, we are changing our lease program for our equipment. By the end of
2007 all leases will be billed on an annual schedule, from January 1st through December 31st of
each billing year. All new leases will be billed on a prorated basis through December 31st.
Any current customers that have leases that will expire before July 1st 2007, will have their
leases prorated to December 2007. Customers whose leases expire after July 1st 2007, will
have their leases prorated to December 2007 and will also be billed for the 2008 years lease.
This letter is to also inform you that while your lease is still active, the replacement cost for
your leased equipment may have gone up or may go up in the future. Feel free to contact us
for the current replacement values on your leased equipment.
As always, your lease automatically renews and
continues on until the day that all of the leased equipment has been returned.
